Kaunteya Social Welfare And Educational is based in Rafiganj. We are located at the address of Mithilesh Prasad in the New Area of Rafiganj NP. It’s a busy little spot, and the Tola is always full of people moving around. We work on social welfare and educational things here. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our materials and hold small meetings. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just whatever we could find that was sturdy. Mithilesh Prasad has been a big part of getting this going in the Rafiganj block. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements plastered everywhere. We just try to help folks with education and other needs as they come up. People from the New Area know where we are, so they just drop in when they have a question. The local weather can be tough, especially in the summer, but we keep the doors open as much as we can. It’s a very local effort, and we don't worry about being famous or anything like that. We just want to do some good work right here where we live. There’s always a lot to do, and we’re just taking it one day at a time.
