Homgi Foundation

Homgi Foundation is a small setup located in Ratnauli, which is part of the Kurhani block. We are based at the residence of Malti Devi. It’s not a formal corporate office by any means. It’s just a place where we can gather and figure out how to help our neighbors. We aren't interested in being a big name or having a lot of influence. We just want to do small, practical things that help the people in our village. Ratnauli is a quiet place and we like to keep our work quiet too. We don't go around making big speeches or putting up posters. Most people find out about us when they need something and a neighbor tells them to come talk to us. We might help someone with their paperwork for a local scheme or organize a small gathering to discuss village issues. It’s all very grassroots. We use simple English and we don't have a marketing department. The people who work here are the same people you see at the market or in the fields. We understand the problems here because they are our problems too. We take things one day at a time and try to be honest with everyone who comes to us for help. It’s just a local effort to make things a little easier for the families in Kurhani. We don't have a lot of fancy goals, just a desire to be helpful in our own way.
