Govind Youthonn Foundation

Govind Youthonn Foundation is located in Patna at House Number 333. The building is known as Satayam Niwas and it sits right in Nehru Nagar. If you’re sending anything through the post, it goes to the Patliputra post office area. It’s a decent-sized house in a residential part of the city. We’ve turned a few rooms into our workspace. It’s not a shiny office with cubicles. Instead, you’ll find some old wooden desks and a lot of bookshelves filled with folders. The neighborhood is usually quite active, with cars and rickshaws passing by Nehru Nagar all day long. We have a small nameplate outside so you don't miss Satayam Niwas. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of a home and an office. We don't follow any strict corporate rules here. If someone wants to come by and chat, they just knock on the door. It’s a very straightforward way of running a foundation. We use simple English and don't try to sound like we’re from a big city firm. We are just regular people in Patna trying to stay organized. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, or the street gets flooded during the heavy rains, but we just keep going. It’s a real place with real people behind it, just trying to do our part from House 333 without any unnecessary flashiness.
