About Ffa Hunger Helpline Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Patna
Ffa Hunger Helpline Foundation is located on the ground floor at Kayasth Tola, which is part of the Sherpur Colony area in Muzaffarpur. We are set up at Umesh Kumar Srivastava’s place. It’s easy to find if you know that part of the colony. We started this because the hunger issue in Muzaffarpur is something you see every day if you keep your eyes open. It isn’t a big, polished organization with a lot of money. It’s mostly just us and some volunteers who want to make sure people get a meal when they are struggling. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area or out on the street moving supplies around. The ground floor can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage to keep it organized enough to get the work done. People know they can come by if things are really tough. We don't have a lot of rules or long forms for people to fill out. If someone is hungry, that’s enough of a reason for us to help. It gets hot in the summer and the rains make it hard to get around Sherpur Colony sometimes, but the work doesn't stop. We are just regular people from the neighborhood trying to help out where we can. It’s not about being famous or having a fancy logo, just about the food and the people who need a little support to get through the day.
