We work out of a simple building that fits right in with the rest of the village. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the table going over our plans and talking to the local folks who walk over from nearby houses. We don’t have fancy computers or high-speed everything, but we get the job done. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You might find some of us out in the field more often than sitting behind a desk. That’s just the nature of what we do in Bakarpur. We’ve known our neighbors for years, and they know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on word of mouth and being present in the community. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working, but it’s what we know best. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit difficult, but we still manage to open up and get to work every morning.
