Careone Welfare Foundation

Careone Welfare Foundation is situated in Shiv Nagar which is part of Jakariyapur in Patna Sadar. We are located at the house of U.S.P. Yadav and the pin code for our area is 800016. Patna is a very crowded city and Shiv Nagar is no exception. There are always people moving around and cars honking in the distance. Our workspace is not a formal office building but more of a residential setup that we have converted. It feels very much like a home which makes it comfortable for us to work in for long hours. We have a few computers and a lot of registers where we write everything down. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly to anyone who comes by. The people in the neighborhood are familiar with us and we often chat with the neighbors during our breaks. It is a very grounded environment. We do not use corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to finish them before it gets dark. Sometimes things get a bit messy with papers everywhere but we know where everything is. It is a practical way of operating and we are happy with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is required of us every day.
