Bhavishya Utthan Foundation

Bhavishya Utthan Foundation is located in a small village called Dandaspur, which is part of the Lahladpur block in Saran. We are at Manmohan Pandey’s place in Panch Dandspur. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We do not have a high-rise office or any fancy glass doors. It is a simple brick building where we do our business. Most of the time, you can hear the sounds of the farm animals or kids playing nearby. We spend our days dealing with local issues and talking to the villagers. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not have a lot of equipment, just the basics like a desk, some chairs, and a few ledgers. We write things down by hand quite a bit. It is a small operation, run by people who live right here in Saran. We do not have a polished way of doing things. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. We know everyone in Dandaspur, so work feels more like helping out neighbors than a job. Sometimes we have meetings under the trees when it is too hot inside. We are honest about what we can do. We do not make big promises we cannot keep. It is just a group of us trying to make things a little better for the future of our village. We are plain-spoken and we keep things practical every single day.
