Bdc Impact Foundation

Our office for Bdc Impact Foundation is over in S.K Puri, Patna. We are on the second floor of the Chandrayog building, at B/194. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like being up there away from the street noise. S.K Puri is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been in this space for a while now. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets. We are not big on making things look perfect. There is always a calendar on the wall with dates circled and plenty of pens that do not always work. We work on various things throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We do not follow a corporate handbook or anything. We just do what needs to be done. It is a small group of us here. We know each other’s families and what is happening in the neighborhood. Usually, we eat lunch together at our desks. It is more like a community spot than a cold office. People stop in because they know we are here. We do not have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will say hello. We keep things grounded and local. It is honest work and we do not try to pretend it is more than it is. We are just part of the Patna scene.
