Our group is called Apna Protects Nature And Animals Foundation. We are located over in Purandrapur, which is part of the Gardanibagh area. You can find us at Pappu Kumar's place. It is a local neighborhood and we have been here for some time now. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where we gather to do what needs to be done. Gardanibagh is a well-known part of town, so getting to Purandrapur isn't very difficult for most folks. We just use the name Apna Protects Nature And Animals Foundation for everything we do. Sometimes it feels like there is a lot of work and not enough hands, but we keep at it. Pappu Kumar is the one who helps manage the space here. People in the area know us by name. We are not some big faraway organization. We are right here in the middle of the community. The streets can get a bit crowded, especially in the evenings, but it's home.
