Adith Welfare Foundation

Adith Welfare Foundation is based out of Mohanpur village. We are at House Number 60 in Ward Number 12. If you know Haweli Kharagpur in the Munger district of Bihar, then you know roughly where we are. It is a pretty standard village setting. We aren't in a big commercial hub. Our office is just part of the local neighborhood. The zip code is 811213 for anyone sending us mail. We started Adith Welfare Foundation right here because this is where we live and work. Mohanpur is a place where everyone knows each other. You see the same faces at the market every morning. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a house in the ward. Inside, we have our desks and files set up. We don't use much fancy equipment. Just the basics to keep the foundation running. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait for it to come back and keep working. Munger is a big area but Haweli Kharagpur has its own feel to it. We like being in Ward 12 because it is central to the village. People can just drop in if they have a question or need to drop off some papers. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things happen. It is a simple life and a simple office for the foundation.
