You can find us over on West Boring Canal Road in K Puri, Patna. It is a very busy part of the city and there is always a lot of noise from the cars and the people outside. Our office is just a simple space tucked away there. We don't have any shiny signs or expensive furniture. It is mostly just a bunch of files and some old wooden tables. Patna is a big place and it is easy for people to get lost or feel like nobody is listening to them. We try to be the people who listen. We help with small things like filling out forms or figuring out how to get help from the government. We aren't experts at everything but we try to find the answers. Sometimes we get a lot of people coming in at once and it gets a little chaotic. We don't have a secretary or anything so we just handle things ourselves. The floor is a bit uneven and the windows rattle when the big trucks go by. It is just a real place where real work happens. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We are just a few people in K Puri who want to help our neighbors. We drink a lot of chai and keep the door open for whoever walks in. It is just how we operate every single day in this city.
