We are based in Office No-17 inside the Green Complex on Bhadson Road. If you know where the Central Jail is, we are right behind it. It’s a decent little spot that stays pretty busy. There are a few of us here working as associates, mostly focusing on the properties around this side of town. We spend our mornings checking messages and our afternoons out at various sites. The Green Complex is easy to find, which helps when we have meetings. We don't bother with a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks filled with property details. Most of the people we talk to are locals or folks moving to the area for work. We try to keep our conversations down to earth. If a house is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. It’s better to be honest so people know what they are getting into. We’ve built up a lot of knowledge about the Bhadson Road area over the years. It’s growing fast, and there is always something new happening. We just try to stay on top of the changes so we can help whoever walks through the door. It’s a steady rhythm of work that we enjoy. Sometimes we grab a tea nearby and just talk about the latest listings.
