Kumar Rupinder Architect

My name is Rupinder and I run this small architecture office here in Amloh. We are located near Gobindgarh Chowk on the By Pass Road. It’s house number 73 in Ward 6. Most days I’m just here at my desk drawing up plans for houses and shops around Fatehgarh Sahib. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside on the main road, but we manage. I’ve been doing this for a while now. People just walk in from the street to ask about building maps or how to get their permits sorted. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything. Just a few tables, some old files, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for tea. I spend a lot of time visiting sites to see how the brickwork is going. It can get pretty hot out there during the day. I try to keep things simple and clear when explaining things to clients. Building a house is a big headache for most people, so I just try to help them get the walls in the right place. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working through the pile of drawings. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. You’ll find us right there near the chowk if you ever need to drop off some papers or check on a drawing for your new place.
