Parveen Sharma Architect

I have been working out of 154, Green Enclave for a bit now. It is right near Anant Villa in Zirakpur, so the place is fairly easy to find if you know the Lohgarh area at all. This isn't some high-rise corporate office. It is more of a practical workspace where I can spread out big blueprints and actually think without much noise. Being an architect in S.A.S. Nagar means dealing with a lot of different types of land and local rules. Some days I am just stuck behind the desk drawing lines, and other days I am out on the road visiting sites. Traffic on Lohgarh Road can be a real pain, but that is just life around here. People come to me when they want to build something and don't really know where to start. I don't use fancy words to explain things. I just tell them what can be built and what probably can't. Sometimes they want something that just won't work with the budget or the space, and I have to be honest about that. It is always better to know the truth early on. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper and half-empty cups of tea. I don't have a team of people doing the talking for me. If you call, you get me. It is straightforward. We look at the site, we talk about the walls and the roof, and we try to make it solid.
