Sanjeev Kumar Goyal Architect

I run my architecture practice out of my place at House Number 1815 in Phase-2 of the Urban Estate. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes it a good spot to focus on drawings and plans without too much noise. I’ve been Sanjeev Kumar Goyal to my neighbors for years, and they know this is where I do my work. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy office in a mall. It’s just a dedicated space where I meet people to talk about their building projects. Most of my work comes from folks around the estate who want to renovate or build something new on their plot. I spend a lot of time on the computer doing CAD work, but I still like to pick up a pencil and sketch things out when I’m first thinking about a design. I try to be very practical about what can be done with the budget and the space available. I’m not here to push expensive ideas; I just want to make sure the house is comfortable and the walls are straight. It’s a one-man show for the most part, so when you call, you’re talking to me. I like the personal connection of working directly with families to build their homes. It takes a lot of patience, but it’s worth it when the project finally gets finished.
