Podar International School

Our school is located on Sangrur Road in the Passiana area of Patiala. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, which means there is a bit more space around us. The building is large and has that typical school look to it. We have a lot of classrooms and they all have the basic things needed for a school day. The buses come and go from the main road all morning. It can get a bit muddy around the entrance when it rains, but that is just how it is in this part of Patiala. We have a field where the students run around and play football or whatever else they like. The office staff is usually busy with files and phone calls, especially at the start of the term. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. It is more about getting the students to their classes on time. The atmosphere is just busy and practical. You can hear the murmur of lessons if you walk down the halls during the middle of the day. Some of the rooms have old fans that click a bit, but they keep the air moving. We just provide a place for children to study and grow up. It is a routine that we have been following for years now. Passiana is a growing spot and we are just one part of it. We like it here on the edge of town.
