We have been here on Stadium Road in Patiala for quite a long time now. If you walk past New Lal Bagh, you’ll see our gates. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the buses pull in and the kids start jumping out with their bags. It is a big place, honestly, and sometimes it feels like we are always cleaning up something or fixing a desk. The noise during lunch break is something else, but that is just how a school is. We have the sports fields which get a lot of use since we are right by the stadium area. Our teachers have been with us through many years, some of them have even seen former students come back as parents. It’s not fancy or anything, just a solid building with a lot of history in these halls. We deal with the usual stuff like leaky taps or noisy fans when the heat hits Patiala in the summer. Everyone knows where we are located. People around here just call us by the name on the gate. It's a lot of work keeping everything running, from the office paperwork to making sure the bells ring on time. We don't really do big speeches, we just show up and get through the lessons. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby cause a bit of a stir, but we are used to it by now.
