Brijwasi Gramin Kisanhub Farmer Producer Company Limited

Out here in Pali Kheda on Sokh Road, things stay pretty busy with the farming. We set up Brijwasi Gramin Kisanhub Farmer Producer Company Limited at Narayan Singh’s place in Rohani Enclave Colony. It’s a local effort, really. We wanted to have a central spot where farmers from around the area could come together. The office is just a small space, nothing like those big companies in the cities. We spend most of our time thinking about seeds, weather, and the prices we can get at the mandi. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the sun is harsh, but we are used to it. The colony is a decent place to be based out of because people know where to find us. We don't use big words or have fancy goals written on the walls. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we can keep going for another season. A lot of us have been farming since we were kids, learning from our fathers and grandfathers. This company is just the next step in that. We try to help each other out when someone has a bad crop or when the market is down. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of headaches with paperwork and such. But being your own boss and working with your neighbors makes it worth the trouble. We just stay focused on the ground and doing what needs to be done.
