Lakshmi Anupama Granites

Our place, Lakshmi Anupama Granites, is right near the R T O office in Mattur. If you know the area, you know how busy that spot gets with people coming and going for their licenses and paperwork. We are at 7-5-493. It’s a decent-sized spot for Mattur. We spend most of our mornings just checking the inventory and seeing what came in on the trucks. There’s always a lot of heavy lifting involved. My hands are usually covered in stone dust by ten in the morning. It’s not the cleanest job, but it’s what we do. The yard isn't anything special to look at, just rows of granite slabs leaning against each other. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they’re already in the neighborhood for the R T O office. They walk in, look around, and ask about prices. We try to keep things organized, but when a new shipment arrives, it gets a bit chaotic for a day or two. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually take a longer break then. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People in Mattur know us as the guys near the office. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open up, move the stone, and go home when the sun goes down.
