Kallan Sweets

If you walk through Jama Masjid Bazar, you know how crowded it gets, especially near Matia Mahal. Kallan Sweets is right there at Gait No 1, 41369. It is a very old part of the city, and the streets are narrow and full of life. You can hear the calls from the mosque and the sound of rickshaws all day long. We have been here for a long time, and the shop has seen generations of families coming through. It’s a very busy environment, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with so many people pushing past the counter. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or modern decor; it’s just the same old walls and the same busy atmosphere we’ve always had. Dealing with the crowd at Matia Mahal takes a lot of patience, but we enjoy the energy of the bazaar. Our address at Gait No 1 is a landmark for many. We start early in the morning, often before the sun is fully up, to get everything ready for the day. There is no corporate office or big management team. It’s just us, working in the heat of the kitchen and serving people as they come. It’s a simple life, and we are quite content with being a small part of this historic neighborhood. The floors are a bit worn down from all the feet, but that just shows how many people visit us every day. We just keep going like we always have.
