Harshswaroop Mansingh Halwai

We've been at 3322 for quite a while now. If you are coming out from the Chawri Bzr Metro Station, you will find us right there in the heart of Chandni Chowk. Harshswaroop Mansingh Halwai is the name on the front, but most people just know us as the local spot for their daily sweets. The area is always crowded and noisy, but that is just how things go in this part of town. We start early in the morning, getting the kitchen ready before the sun is even fully up. It gets pretty hot near the big vats, especially when the humidity picks up in the middle of the year. We don't have fancy chairs or any of that modern stuff you see in the new malls. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. People drop in while they are on their way to work or heading home on the metro. Sometimes they just want a small box, other times it is for a bigger family gathering. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when the afternoon rush hits. We just keep our heads down and serve whoever is standing at the counter. Living and working in Chandni Chowk means you get used to the constant movement. Our address is easy to find if you know the metro station area well. It is just a regular shop doing what it has always done.
