Shree Shah Bihari Foods

Our place is out in Village-Khera Kalan, on Plot No.25. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but it's where we do all our work for Shree Shah Bihari Foods. The area is more open than the city centers, which gives us space for the food processing and storage we need to do. We use the Kh.No.33/6 section of the plot for most of the daily operations. It’s not a shiny new building, just a practical space that fits our equipment and the bags of ingredients we use. Most of the people working here live nearby in the village, so it feels like a local effort. We start work when the sun comes up because that's when it's coolest and easiest to get things moving. There is usually a truck or two parked outside waiting to be loaded. We don't spend much time on fancy office work. Most of us are on our feet on the floor. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine. We handle the food carefully and just keep our heads down to finish the day's quota. It’s a basic operation without any frills. When things get busy, the whole place smells like whatever we are packing that day. We just keep going until the work is done and the gate is locked for the night.
