This branch of the company is in Salt Lake, specifically Sector-III. We are located in the Army Welfare Housing Co-Op Society, in the Mahavir Vikas building. It’s flat U-51 in the Hc Block. Working out of a housing society is different than a regular office block. It’s a bit more relaxed here. You see kids playing and people going for walks in the evenings. We’ve got our office set up inside one of the flats. It’s got a kitchen and a small balcony where we keep some plants. We mostly work on HR stuff from here. Since it’s Salt Lake, it’s quite green around the area. The 700106 area is well-planned compared to other parts of the city. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people don't get lost. It’s mostly just us and our laptops. We deal with a lot of emails. Sometimes we meet people here, but mostly we’re just doing the background work. It feels less like a job and more like just doing tasks when you're in a residential block. We have to follow the society rules about visitors and noise. It suits us fine. We don't need a lot of space. Just a desk and a good internet connection. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial building. We take our own lunch breaks and sometimes go for a walk in the block.
