Kaizen It Services(Ibm Partner)

We are located over at Titagarh, right near the Old Calcutta Road Checkpost. Kaizen It Services operates out of a space cared for by Manjur Alam at number 18. Kolkata is a big, busy city, but this part of town has its own rhythm. Even though we are an IBM partner, our day-to-day doesn't feel like some high-rise corporate office. It’s more about sitting down at the computer and solving whatever tech problem is in front of us. The checkpost area can be a bit loud with the trucks and traffic passing through, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we knew the local area needed someone who understood the IT side of things without making it complicated. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us here, working through the queue. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks. It’s a practical setup. We handle the technical bits so others don't have to. Sometimes the internet acts up or the humidity gets to the equipment, but we just keep at it. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the community here in Titagarh. It isn't always perfect, and some days are slower than others, but we manage to get everything sorted out for the people who rely on us.
