Our office is in Flat-104 of Block-A at VIP Enclave in Raghunathpur. It’s a residential-style building in Kolkata, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a downtown office. This is where Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd. is based, and we do lab work and some technical training here. Usually, the rooms are full of people learning or testing things out. We have a lot of benches and stools instead of fancy office chairs. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep the air moving. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know the building. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to sell things. We just open up in the morning and wait for the students or clients to arrive. There is a lot of equipment around, and sometimes it feels a bit cluttered. We try to keep it organized, but when you have a lot of people moving through, things get shifted. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people understand technology better. The staff is small, and we mostly just handle everything ourselves. We eat our lunch in the small pantry area or go out to the main road. It’s a simple setup that works for the kind of training we do. We don't need much more than that. The building elevator is sometimes slow.
