Vyjayanthi Televentures Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad

Vyjayanthi Televentures Pvt. Ltd is an interesting setup. Even though the name says Hyderabad, our main office right now is in Kolkata. We are located at 32-Gn Block in Sector-V of Salt Lake City. We are staying at Dr. R. C. Das’s place. It’s a busy part of Kolkata where a lot of the big offices are. We do televentures, which involves a lot of communication work and media tasks. Moving from Hyderabad to Kolkata was a big change for some of us. The food is different and the language is different too. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people back in Hyderabad though. The office is simple and functional. We have a few rows of desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to get full. We don't have any big flashy signs on the building. Most people wouldn't even know we are here if they weren't looking for us. Sector-V is always full of people in the mornings and evenings. We usually take the local transport to get to work. It’s a long day but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work and keep things moving. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough in the summer but we have some fans to keep us cool. It’s just a regular office life in a new city. Sometimes we miss home but we stay busy enough.
