Career Avenues (I)Pvt Ltd is based out of a quiet spot in Sadpur, Maslandapur. We’re actually working out of Mr. Gour Gopal Dhar’s place. It’s a bit away from the big city noise of Kolkata, which we actually quite like. Being in 24 Parganas N means we see a lot of local people looking for advice on their next steps. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us trying to help folks figure out where they can find work or how to get through their exams. The village life suits the way we work—slow and steady. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, or the power goes out, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while now, and the people around here know where to find us. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. It’s just a simple office. People drop by, we talk, and we see what can be done. It’s very informal. We might be sitting with a cup of chai while looking over some documents. It’s not the corporate world you see in the movies. It’s just us doing what we can from our little corner of West Bengal. We try to be helpful and keep things grounded.
