Our office for Abc Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Gariahat Road in Kolkata. We are located in the "Meghamallar" building, Flat-4A/1 at number 18/3. It’s Mr. Kaushik Roy’s place and it feels more like a home than a cold office building. Gariahat is always buzzing with people and stalls, so there is plenty of energy around us. We spend our hours talking to candidates and trying to help companies find the right staff. It’s not always easy because people have different expectations and the job market changes fast. We keep things pretty low-key here. There are no big signs or fancy decorations in our rooms. We just have our files, our phones, and a few fans to keep the air moving. Most of the people who work here have been in Kolkata for their whole lives, so we know how things work in this city. We deal with a lot of different industries, but the goal is always the same—just getting people into jobs. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get to the office, but we usually make it in. It’s a cozy spot and we’ve grown fond of the view from the fourth floor over the years. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just do the consulting work, talk to the people who call us, and try to stay organized.
