Genius Consultants Limited is located at 36 Block C in Bangur Avenue, which is up in the northern part of Kolkata, 700055. Bangur is actually a pretty nice area with a bit more space than the older parts of the city. Our office is in a residential-style block, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a typical corporate high-rise. We do a lot of consulting and staffing work from here. Usually, the day starts with a lot of emails and checking the latest job requirements. There are always people coming in for meetings or to talk about their careers. It can get pretty crowded in the waiting area during the middle of the week. We’ve set up the rooms with enough desks for the team, and there’s always the sound of printers going or someone explaining a contract on the phone. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. The neighborhood has some decent places to eat, so lunch breaks are usually spent outside for a bit of fresh air. We’ve been here in Block C for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses around us. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't in a rush, but we keep things moving so everyone gets what they need. It’s a practical office for a practical team. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
