H.R. Consultancy Firm

Our office is tucked away in Salt Lake City, specifically in Sector III. We are located at C-06 in the J.V.V. Society, Block-LB. Kolkata is a big city, and being in Salt Lake makes it a bit easier for people to reach us compared to the more crowded central areas. We handle a lot of the human resources stuff that businesses and workers need help with. It’s mostly sitting at desks, answering emails, and looking over documents all day. The office has big windows, which is nice when the sun isn't too hot. We’ve been at this for a while, and the firm has seen a lot of changes in how people look for work. There are usually three or four of us in the room, typing away and talking on the phone. We don’t use any complicated systems, just basic computers and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, away from the main road noise. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular things. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in West Bengal, just trying to do a decent job for the folks who come to us in Sector III. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday.
