Our place is located at 227 Nirala on Canal Street. It is in the Sreebhumi area of Laketown in Kolkata. If you are trying to find us, we are right behind the Daffodil Nursing Home. It is a busy little pocket of the city. We have people coming in and out all day. The building is called Nirala and it has been here for quite some time. Being near a nursing home means there is always a bit of activity on the street outside. This branch feels more like a local spot where the staff knows the regulars. We handle all the usual paperwork and customer queries that come our way. The pin code is 700048. Sometimes the traffic on Canal Street gets really backed up, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We just keep the doors open and do our best to help whoever walks in. It is a practical environment with desks and computers and lots of forms to fill out. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. It is just a job and we try to do it right. Usually, there is some chatter among the staff about local news or what to eat for lunch. It is a decent place to work and we are happy to be in Sreebhumi. The office is simple and functional for everything we need to do.
