Genius Consultants Limited

Out here in Barasat, at Pioneer Park, we have our office for Genius Consultants Limited. It’s a decent area in the 24 Parganas district. We’ve been around for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of people come and go looking for work or needing staff for their companies. It’s a lot of matching people to the right roles. Some days the office is full of folks dropping off resumes, and other days we’re just sitting around making calls. It’s a lot of talking, honestly. We try to keep it simple and not use too many big words that don’t mean anything. People just want a job or they want someone to do a job. That’s what we focus on. Barasat can be a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where we are and we like it here. The building isn't anything special, but it works for what we need. We don't put on airs. If you come by 118 Pioneer Park, you’ll find us just doing our regular routine. It gets busy, especially in the mornings when the trains are running full. We just handle the recruitment side of things without making it too complicated. It’s just about being there and knowing who needs what. We’ve got a good handle on the local market because we live and work right in it. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful.
