First Source

If you know Jessore Road, you know it can get pretty crowded. We’re over at Lake Plaza in 6E, right in the Tetultalla area. Being here in Kolkata means there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic. Inside First Source, it’s a bit different. We have our desks set up and we just get to work every morning. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. Our office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day. Mostly, it's just about keeping things moving. We have some people who have been here for years and others who are just starting out. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing unless we absolutely have to. It's more about getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up waiting around a lot talking. It’s a regular workplace with regular people. We deal with paperwork, phone calls, and the usual office stuff. West Bengal has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here. We try to stay organized, though some days the piles of paper on the desks seem to grow on their own. We just keep at it and try to help whoever needs us that day. It's just a typical spot on Jessore Road. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down. Most of the time, we just focus on the task right in front of us.
