We are over in Kestopur at BC-332, Samarpally. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, and the office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people typing away. HR services basically means we spend our whole day looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes because companies want one thing and the people looking for jobs want another. We try to find a middle ground that works for everyone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors know us as the place where people go when they need a new start. Sometimes it gets stressful when we can’t find the right person for a role, but that’s just how this business is. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. Kestopur 700102 is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside the window to distract us for a minute. We handle all sorts of hiring, from small roles to bigger ones, but it’s all the same process in the end. It takes a lot of patience to talk to so many different personalities every day, but we’re used to it by now. It is just the way we do things around here, day in and day out.
