Our office is up on the fourth floor, room 405, in Suneja Towers 1 over at the District Center in Janakpuri. Wavesight Wilreless Solutions Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while now. It’s a typical office building with a lot of people coming and going. We work on wireless stuff, which mostly means a lot of cables, routers, and testing signals. The desks are usually covered in bits of hardware and half-finished notes. Janakpuri is a busy area, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Once we’re inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the hum of the computers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who understand how these systems talk to each other. Sometimes a connection doesn't work right and we spend the whole afternoon scratching our heads. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some technical diagrams and maybe a calendar from last year that nobody took down. People call us when their internet or their private networks act up. We just try to get things back online as fast as we can. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. We've got a small pantry where we make tea, and that's about the extent of our office luxuries. It gets the job done for us.
