Indian Energy Exchange Ltd

Our office is based in the TDI Centre, which is located at Plot No 7 in Jasola. We are up on the 4th floor. It’s a pretty busy commercial hub, and there’s always something going on in the building. We work on the energy exchange. Basically, that means we have a lot of screens showing electricity prices and trading data. It can get a bit intense during the peak hours when everyone is trying to buy or sell power. We’ve been here in Jasola for quite a few years now. The office layout is pretty standard, with rows of desks and a small area for tea and coffee. We aren't really into big marketing talk. We just focus on keeping the platform running so the energy market stays stable. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of changes. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when the trading volume is high, but we’re used to it. We just come in, do our bit, and go home. There aren't any fancy perks or anything, just a solid group of people who know their jobs. Jasola is a good spot for us because it’s well-connected. We just try to stay focused on the data and make sure everything is working like it should. It’s a lot of technical work but we enjoy the challenge of it most days.
