Rg Texin Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in the E200 Commercial Complex over in Naraina Vihar. It’s a busy little pocket of the city where everyone seems to be making or moving something. Our unit isn't the easiest to find on your first try because the complex is a bit of a maze with all the different entrances. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking loudly over them. We do a lot of our work right here on the floor. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Instead, we have stacks of materials and worktables that have seen a lot of use over the years. The lighting isn't always the brightest, but we make it work. Most of us live fairly close by, so there’s a local feel to the crew. We know the guys in the shop next door and usually chat with them while we’re loading up the vans. Summer can be tough when the heat builds up inside, but we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It’s just honest work. We show up, we do the manufacturing, and we make sure the orders are ready to go out. It’s nothing spectacular, just a group of people earning a living and getting through the week.
