At Variant Corporation, New Delhi, we are located at No. 5, Shiv Mandir Zamrudpur, right in the Greater Kailash-1 area. It’s an interesting spot because Zamrudpur has its own character, even though it’s tucked inside a fancy part of town. The Shiv Mandir is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our office is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the day’s work done. It’s not a corporate tower with a lobby or a security guard. It’s a more grounded place where we can actually focus. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the local feel of the street. The roads are a bit narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we manage. We don't have a bunch of rules about how to talk or what to wear. We just show up and handle the business. Some days are spent mostly on the computer, and other days we are out and about. It’s a small team, so we all know what’s going on with each other’s work. We don't make big promises or use fancy slogans to get attention. We just operate out of No. 5 Shiv Mandir and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a real place with real people doing their best every day. We aren't perfect, but we are here and we are working hard.
