You can find us up on the 4th floor of the Gagandeep Building in Rajendra Place. It’s a typical office building, right in the middle of a lot of other commercial activity. We handle equipment under the SPX Flow Power Team name, mostly working through Neotechequipments. We deal with tools and hydraulic stuff. It’s heavy-duty gear that people use in various industries. The office is usually filled with catalogs and technical specs. It isn’t a huge space, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers or checking on orders. Rajendra Place is always buzzing, so there is plenty of noise from the street below. We don’t have a fancy showroom here. Usually, if someone needs to see the equipment, we sort that out separately. It’s mostly just us handling the sales and technical support side. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush. We’ve been here for a while and know the other folks in the building. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go for big speeches or anything. If someone needs a part or a tool, we look it up and get it sorted. It’s just how we do things every day. We have a small pantry where we make tea. Most days we are just busy with the logistics of moving equipment around. It’s a solid, quiet routine that we have going on here.
