Tihar Village is where we set up shop, specifically at Wz-104. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. You have to navigate some narrow lanes to get to us, but once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward. We do various services, mostly whatever people in the neighborhood need help with. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. It’s more like a room with some desks and a lot of papers and tools. We know the people who live around here, and they know us. Sometimes someone just drops in for a chat or to ask a quick question. We don’t really follow a strict 9-to-5 schedule if someone needs something urgent. It’s a local way of doing things. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really packed. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We have a small fan that runs all day to keep the heat off. If you’re looking for us, look for the blue door. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth in the village is enough. It’s a modest living, and we’re happy with how things are going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back. It's a tight-knit community and we like being right in the middle of it all. It’s home for us and our business.
