Our place, Special Cables Pvt.Ltd., is located at B-2/12 in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate over in Badarpur. It is one of those busy areas where you see a lot of logistics and manufacturing companies clustered together. We’ve been based here for some time now. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves, desks, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Badarpur can be quite a trek depending on where you're coming from, but the industrial estate is well-known. We deal with everything related to our name from this office. It’s a practical space. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform or anything. Usually, whoever is nearest to the door helps out if someone walks in. We have our routines, like checking the files or making calls. The Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate gets pretty congested during the afternoons with all the delivery vans. We just work around it. At Special Cables Pvt.Ltd., the day-to-day is about getting things sorted and making sure the storage side is moving. It gets a bit loud when the neighbors are loading stuff, but we don’t mind. We are just a local company doing our thing in a very busy part of the city. There isn't much more to it than that. We stay busy and keep the floor moving every day to stay on schedule.
