We are located on the first floor at number 26 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. It’s a busy part of Delhi, as anyone who has tried to park here will tell you. Somfy India Pvt. Ltd isn’t hidden away, but you do have to head up the stairs to find our main area. The office is a mix of desks and storage spaces where we keep some of the products. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic from the main road, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, from answering emails to checking on orders that need to go out. The people working here are a decent bunch, mostly local folks who have been commuting to Okhla for a long time. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s a functional space meant for getting things done. Usually, the morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to be prioritized. We don’t follow a very strict corporate script; we just talk like normal people do. If someone needs help with a task, they just ask. It’s a straightforward environment. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate, the tea stalls nearby, and the way the light hits the windows in the late afternoon.
