You can find Sneha Industries at H.No. 70 in the Nawada Industrial Area, which is part of Uttam Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, always full of people and traffic. Our building is right in the thick of it. Inside, it sounds like a workshop should, with the clatter of tools and the smell of raw materials. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the work gets done. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We don’t have any fancy boardroom; we usually just talk about things while standing around the machines or sitting on whatever chairs are available. It’s a very direct way of doing business. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust by the end of the shift. We clean it up and start again the next day. Uttam Nagar is a vibrant place, and being in the Nawada section means we are surrounded by other people just trying to make a living. We don't put out brochures or anything. People know us because we’ve been at H.No. 70 for years. It’s just a straightforward industrial operation where we focus on manufacturing and keeping things running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. There's a little corner where we keep the kettle for afternoon breaks, and that's about as fancy as it gets around here.
