We have been set up here at 311 on the third floor of the Surya Kiran building for a while now. It’s on K.G. Marg right in the middle of Connaught Place, so there is always something going on outside. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly it’s just the sound of traffic and people heading to lunch. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done every day. Some of us have been here for years, while others are newer, but we all just sort of know the routine by now. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit too long, so a few of us just take the stairs to the third floor if we aren't carrying too much. It’s a decent spot to work because everything you need is close by. We handle the day-to-day tasks for Selve India from these desks. There’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, as you’d expect. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks when everyone is trying to finish their part of the project. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people making sure things run like they’re supposed to. When the workday ends, we usually head out into the CP crowd to catch the metro or find our bikes. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town.
