Working out of Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, is pretty much what you'd expect. Our spot is F-90/33. Nextech Control is right in the middle of all the other factories and units. It’s a loud area with trucks coming in and out all day long. Inside our unit, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We handle a lot of control systems and technical equipment here. The space is filled with benches, testing kits, and a lot of wires. It’s not the kind of place where you’d bring a guest for a fancy meeting. We usually just have tea while standing around the main work table. The Okhla heat gets pretty intense in the summer, but we’ve got some fans going. Most of our days are spent checking components and making sure the settings are right. We’ve been in this phase of the industrial area for years now. You get used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. It’s just whoever is closest to the desk that picks up. We focus on the hardware more than anything else. Sometimes the shipments arrive late because of the narrow roads around here, which can be frustrating, but we manage to get through the backlog eventually. It’s a grounded, hardworking environment without any extra fluff. Just us and the machines.
