Moser Baer Solar Ltd. is located at 43B in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase-III. Getting here in the morning is always a bit of a struggle because the traffic in Okhla is just relentless. Our building is a standard industrial unit that’s seen better days, but it serves its purpose for our solar work. Inside, it’s a mix of a few desks and a lot of space for the components we handle. The walls have a few scuffs, and the lighting is that typical yellow industrial glow. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work. Usually, you’ll hear the sound of the nearby factories or the occasional horn from the street. The staff is a small group, and we’ve all been here for a while. We know which tea stall has the best snacks for the afternoon break. The office is often a bit messy with paperwork and technical drawings scattered about. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a sleek lobby for visitors, just a couple of chairs near the entrance. It feels honest and real. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule. Being in Phase-III means we’re surrounded by other businesses just like ours, all trying to make things work. It’s a gritty, busy spot for a regular day's work.
