Mettwa Electricals And Appliances Pvt Ltd is situated at C-41, near Gate No 3 on the first floor of the Dayal Estate. We are in Phase-2 of the Okhla Indl Area, which is a massive place with many different gates and buildings. It is quite easy to get lost if you are not familiar with the layout, so we often have to give people directions over the phone. Our office and warehouse are on the first floor, so we do a fair amount of lifting and moving boxes up and down. We deal with various electrical goods and home appliances. The space is filled with stacks of crates and packaging material. It is a busy environment where someone is always checking a list or testing out a new appliance. We are just a group of people working hard to keep the business going. We do not have any promotional slogans or mission statements on the walls. It is just a regular workplace where we drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the orders. The Okhla area can be quite dusty and hot in the summer, but we have been here long enough to be used to it. We handle everything from small switches to larger machines. We try to keep our prices fair and our talk simple. There is nothing complicated about how we operate. We just want to get the right electrical products to the people who need them.
