Master Controls

You can find Master Controls at 5/37 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. Most people know Kirti Nagar for the furniture markets, but there is a whole industrial side to it as well where we are located. We deal with control systems and parts. Our workshop is a bit cramped because we have a lot of tools and components stored in a relatively small space. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a fancy meeting, but it’s where the real work happens. We spend our time testing controls and making sure everything is calibrated correctly. The noise from the street is constant, with trucks and rickshaws moving through the narrow lanes. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend our time working on the machines. We are a small crew. We know each other well and we know our jobs even better. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't use much fancy language to describe what we do. We just fix things and make sure they work like they are supposed to. Some days are frustrating when a part doesn't fit or a system acts up, but we always figure it out eventually. That’s just the way it is in the industrial area. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
