You can find us at Plot No. 5 in Sikka Mansion. It is part of the Local Shipping Centre near Rashtriyajan Savita Vihar. Being in a shipping center means there is always a lot of movement around us. We see delivery vans and big trucks coming through the gate at all hours of the day. Our office is not very big, but it has enough room for our desks and all the files we have to keep. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer to track shipments. Dealing with international trade means there is a lot of paperwork to stay on top of. Sometimes things get stuck at the customs office or a boat is late, and we have to spend the whole afternoon trying to fix it. Savita Vihar is a busy area, so there is always a place nearby to grab a quick tea when we need a break. Our team is small and we have a pretty relaxed way of doing things. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you things you do not need. We just help people get their goods from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right. We have been at this for a while and we just take things one day at a time.
