Elco Sales Corporation

Elco Sales Corporation is over in Okhla, at D 191 in the Flatted Factory Complex. It’s a big building with a lot of different businesses, but we’ve been in our unit for a long time. Okhla is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Inside D 191, we keep things pretty simple. It’s mostly just shelves and desks and boxes. We deal with sales, so there’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down orders. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The complex can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find us, it’s straightforward. We aren't into big speeches or fancy titles. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep our records straight. The coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their part. Some of us have been here since the start. It’s a bit crowded with all the inventory sometimes, but we make do. Being in the Flatted Factory Complex means we have plenty of neighbors, and it feels like a real community of workers. We just show up every morning and do our best to stay on top of the daily tasks. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things running smoothly in such a busy place.
